Charlene & Peter's Wedding at the Cotton Exchange, Liverpool Register Office and Hope St. Hotel Liverpool.

Charlene and Peter were married at the Cotton Exchange Liverpool, and had their reception at Hope Street Hotel.The family photographs were taken in the courtyard area just outside the office, and we walked down to St. Nick's Church grounds to take some of the couple on their own. At the hotel there is a lovely veranda area upstairs with some commanding views over the city, which we took advantage of with the photographs.

Jaclyn & Alan's Wedding at St. Thomas' Church Lydiate and the Royal Clifton Hotel Southport.

Jaclyn and Alan were married at St.Thomas' Lydiate and had their reception at the Royal Clifton Hotel Southport.The weather was beautiful, but it was also one of the hottest days we have had this year so far, so all of the guests were feeling it a bit.St Thomas' Church is lovely to photograph a wedding at because the photographs can be taken from the choir loft during the service which gives a lovely view of the ceremony.The family photographs were taken in Southport, on the front, opposite the hotel,and in the garden patio area outside the health club and spa at the hotel.

Kayleigh & Colin's Wedding at Blessed Sacrament Church & Thistle Hotel Liverpool

Kayleigh & Colin were married at The Blessed Sacrament Church, Walton Vale and had their reception at the Thistle Hotel Liverpool.The weather behaved itself for a change and we had a reasonable day for the photographs outside the church and in St. Nick's Church Gardens opposite the hotel.The couple are honeymooning on the west coast of the U.S.A.

Emma & Kevin's pre-wedding shoot at the Tree Tops Country Hotel Formby

Emma & Kevin are getting married in September at Sefton Church and are having their reception at the Treetops Country Hotel in Formby.We thought that it would be a good idea to do the pre-wedding shoot at the hotel, partly because it has lovely grounds and also to discuss their final wedding plans whilst we were at the hotel, where we were going to do the photographs on the day etc.Little Alfie was in his pram asleep during the early part of the session, but when he woke up, he was brilliant and was quite happy to just sit there and watch the proceedings.You can view all of their pre-wedding shoot here.

Susi & Greg's Wedding at Wrightington Hotel & Country Club

Susi & Greg were married at Wrightington Hotel & Country Club.The weather stayed nice and bright with no rain, but it was pretty windy and some of the photographs had to be done inside the hotel.The service went really well, after which we were able to get a complete full group shot of all of the guests, in the foyer, shooting down from the upper landing.Also, the hotel were very obliging in allowing the guests to throw confetti from the upper floor onto the couple and we were able to get our shots of this also.The couple are honeymooning in the Canadian Rockies.

Rachel & Alex's Wedding at St. Luke's Church Farnworth, Widnes, and the Crowne Plaza Hotel Liverpool.

Rachel and Alex were married at St. Lukes , Widnes, and held their reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Liverpool. After some thunder and lightening over night we were a bit concerned about the weather, but everything turned out fine.Most of the photographs were done inside the church,with the kind permission of Reverend Helen, who conducted the service.When we arrived at the Crowne Plaza we were able to photograph around the hotel and the Pier Head, and in the gardens of St. Nick's Church, with the backdrop of the Liver Buildings.The couple are honeymooning in Dubai and the Maldives.

Rachel & Alex's pre-wedding shoot at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Liverpool

Rachel and Alex decided that they would like a pre-wedding photography shoot prior to their forthcoming wedding in April this year, and what a great idea this turned out to be. They wanted to make sure that they were going to be comfortable on the day being posed for the photographs etc. and saw this as a little practice run.We decided that the best place to do it was at the hotel where they are having their wedding reception, the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Liverpool.Originally we where going to do it in October last year but we had to postpone it.The weather was a little on the cold side, but as you can see from the photographs we got some lovely shots.It is going to be a real pleasure for me to photograph their wedding in April, and I am really looking forward to it.You can view all of their photographs here.
